About OND

OND is a design research laboratory exploring 'UX, Digital, Innovation, Service, Strategy', part of UNIST.

OND aims to carry out meaningful digital innovation through design methods and creative process, values to propose a strategic solution in a holistic service point of view and approach.

OND is continuously asking and challenging current definition of design, trying to broaden and expand roles of design. OND is exploring how to contribute to an alternative way of living, adding different angles and layers and creating positive waves to techno-rapid-mobile world and life.

Responsibilities

• Lead Web/App UX/UI project

• Lead service design project

• Lead design strategy project

• Manage bachelor students as a project lead and work together for project

• 웹/앱 디자인 프로젝트를 책임하에 진행

• 서비스 디자인 프로젝트를 책임하에 진행

• 디자인 전략 프로젝트를 책임하에 진행

• Project 팀장으로서 학사 학생들 지도/관리하여 함께 프로젝트 진행

Requirements

• I am creative.

• I am team player(communication with management, strategy, development team).

• I can use of UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, Protopie(or other Prototyping tools), or Adobe tools, etc.

• I can lead competitor analysis, persona, user journey, Quali/Quanti test, Ideation, wireframe, visual design, design prototype.

• I am obsessive.

• If you are not an native Korean speaker, we require basic level of Korean language ability. Minimum TOPIK level 3.

• 나는 창의적(creative)이다.

• 팀 플레이어!(경영,기획,개발팀과 협업 및 의사소통 역량 필수)

• 나는 UX 디자인 툴(Figma, Sketch, XD, Protopie외 Prototyping 툴, 기타 Adobe 툴등)을 사용가능 하다.

• 경쟁사 분석, 페르소나, 사용자 Journey, 정성/정량 조사, Ideation, Wireframe, Visual design, Design prototype을 리드하여 진행 가능하다.

• 지독하게 디테일에 집착한다(obsession).

• Marketing/Growth hacking experience

• A/B testing, Data driven design decision making experience

• Front/Back-end 개발 가능

• 제품 디자인 경험 있음

• 마케팅/그로스 해킹 경험 있음

• Pay: Will be paid by OND Lab regulation

• 근무위치: 울산 UNIST내 OND 연구실

• 출퇴근 시간 및 재택 업무 시간은 협의하여 조정.

• 급여: OND 연구실 내규에 의하여 지급
