The OND Lab is a design research studio specializing in "UX, Service Design, UX for AI products”.
OND aims to create innovative products and services when designing new AI products, utilizing state-of-the-art (SOTA) design methodologies and creative processes. The lab places value on a holistic approach and proposing solutions at the strategic phase.
OND is continuously asking and challenging current definition of design, trying to broaden and expand roles of design. OND is exploring how to contribute to an alternative way of living, adding different angles and layers and creating positive waves to techno-rapid-mobile world and life.

OND는 새로운 AI 제품을 디자인 할 때, SOTA(state-of-the-art) 디자인 방법론과 창조적인 과정을 통해 혁신적인 제품과 서비스를 만들어 내는 것을 목표 하고 있으며, 비지니스적 시점에서의 접근과 전략 단계에서의 솔루션 제안에 가치를 두고 있습니다.
OND는 디자인 정의에 대하여 지속적으로 고민하며, 디자인 역할의 확장을 꾀합니다. 급변하는 세상과 삶에 다른 각도의 관점을 추가하고 대안을 모색하며 긍정적인 파장을 일으키기 위해 노력합니다.
Founded in 2019, OND Lab is a digital solution agency (SI) that has primarily delivered enterprise B2B SaaS projects. Since 2023, we have focused on AI-integrated product design to meet evolving market demands. Our core domain is healthcare — including psychiatry, preventive medicine, and in-hospital digital solution design — and we actively collaborate with leading institutions such as Seoul National University Hospital, Severance Hospital, Korea University Hospital, and Asan Medical Center.
We have also launched an internal startup in the finance and accounting space, currently conducting early-stage market validation. We oversee the full UX design lifecycle, from initial user research through digital product concept development and usability evaluation. More recently, we have expanded beyond design into product development and GTM, evolving into an FDE team committed to building from zero to one.
2019년에 설립된 OND Lab은 디지털 솔루션 공급 에이전시(SI)로, 엔터프라이즈 B2B SaaS 프로젝트를 주로 진행해 왔습니다. 2023년 부터는 시장의 요구에 부합하기 위하여 AI를 접목한 제품 설계를 주로 진행하고 있습니다. 전문 영역(Domain)은 헬스케어(정신의학, 예방의학, 병원 내 디지털 솔루션 설계)이며 서울대 병원, 세브란스병원, 고려대 병원, 아산병원 등과 활발히 협업합니다.
또한 금융/회계 관련 사내 스타트업을 설립하여, 극초기 시장 테스트를 진행중입니다. UX 디자인 전주기(초기 사용자 조사, 디지털 제품 컨셉 도출/설계, 사용성 평가까지)를 총괄하고 있으며, 최근에는 디자인을 넘어 제품 개발, GTM도 진행하며 zero to one을 추구하는 FDE 팀으로 거듭나고 있습니다.

Visual design: Able to deliver UX/UI design outputs (web and app) with a high level of visual completeness at top speed, by effectively combining layout, color, typography, and illustration.
