About OND

Founded in 2019, OND Lab is a digital solution agency (SI) that has primarily delivered enterprise B2B SaaS projects. Since 2023, we have focused on AI-integrated product design to meet evolving market demands. Our core domain is healthcare — including psychiatry, preventive medicine, and in-hospital digital solution design — and we actively collaborate with leading institutions such as Seoul National University Hospital, Severance Hospital, Korea University Hospital, and Asan Medical Center.

We have also launched an internal startup in the finance and accounting space, currently conducting early-stage market validation. We oversee the full UX design lifecycle, from initial user research through digital product concept development and usability evaluation. More recently, we have expanded beyond design into product development and GTM, evolving into an FDE team committed to building from zero to one.

2019년에 설립된 OND Lab은 디지털 솔루션 공급 에이전시(SI)로, UNIST(울산과학기술원)에 속해 있으며, 엔터프라이즈 B2B SaaS 프로젝트를 주로 진행해 왔습니다. 2023년 부터는 시장의 요구에 부합하기 위하여 AI를 접목한 제품 설계를 주로 진행하고 있습니다. 전문 영역(Domain)은 헬스케어(정신의학, 예방의학, 병원 내 디지털 솔루션 설계)이며 서울대 병원, 세브란스병원, 고려대 병원, 아산병원 등과 활발히 협업합니다.

또한 금융/회계 관련 사내 스타트업을 설립하여, 극초기 시장 테스트를 진행중입니다. UX 디자인, 제품 개발, GTM도 진행하며 zero to one을 추구하는 FDE 팀으로 거듭나고 있습니다.

Requirement

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field

• AI-Native Development: Hands-on experience with multi-agent AI development is required (PostHog, Tailscale, Sub-agent-as-a-Judge, Obsidian, OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, etc.)

• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar programming languages

• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL

• Experience with React frameworks such as Next.js

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective collaboration and communication skills in a team environment

• Solid understanding of how REST APIs work

• Experience with CSS frameworks such as TailwindCSS
